1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 5777 Bit ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the 5777 Bit website at https://5777-bit.org, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 5777 Bit platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

5777 Bit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. The platform will make reasonable efforts to notify players of significant changes via email or on-site notification.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 5777 Bit platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 5777 Bit platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 5777 Bit will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately at [email protected].

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
• You must notify 5777 Bit promptly if any of your registered details change.
• Account sharing is not permitted — your account is for your personal use only.

• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200, deducted from the remaining balance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5777 Bit supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate within one hour.

• Withdrawals are processed within an average of 5 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team.
• 5777 Bit does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• The maximum single withdrawal amount is ৳500,000. Larger amounts may be processed in instalments.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed or if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• 5777 Bit reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

5 Bonus Terms

5777 Bit offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

The standard wagering requirement for all bonuses at 5777 Bit is 20x the bonus amount, unless a different figure is stated on the promotion page. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unused bonus funds will expire.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Activating a new bonus before completing the current one will forfeit the existing bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds are withdrawable, subject to the wagering requirement being met.
• 5777 Bit reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 5777 Bit platform — including baccarat, dice games, fishing games, bingo, and live dealer tables — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game's RTP figure is published on the relevant game page in the Lobby.

By placing a bet, you acknowledge that the outcome of each game is determined by the RNG and is entirely independent of previous results. 5777 Bit does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence individual results.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and all stakes returned to the player's account.
• If a game is interrupted due to a disconnection on the player's side, the game will resume from the point of interruption when the player reconnects, where technically possible.
• 5777 Bit reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical malfunction.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain games and bonus play. These limits are displayed within the game interface.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 5777 Bit platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances without the right of appeal:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate winnings — any such winnings will be voided.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 5777 Bit staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Privacy & Data

• 5777 Bit is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from a player's decision to gamble, including losses incurred during bonus play.
• The platform's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the player's deposit in the 30 days preceding the incident.

10 Changes to Terms
